Climate Change and Water Resources Management: A Federal Perspective*
NOAA and the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) collaborated with the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Bureau of Reclamation to explore
strategies for improved water management. The report suggests processes
that will improve tracking, anticipation, and response to climate change
